Self-paced courses and Live Virtual Instruction classes may be cancelled for a refund* within three days after the date of purchase, provided that the student has not accessed the online course, and course materials and books are returned unopened and in good condition to AAPC. Refunds will not be issued for any course that has been accessed, viewed, or partially completed*. Course refund requests must be submitted in writing to Legacy Education for review and consideration. No refunds will be issued for course extensions. Self-paced courses are for individual use only and are nontransferable. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Legacy@MedicalBillCo.com for approval.
Refunds will not be issued for AAPC Membership, exams, practice exams, or study guides.
